Orders placed before 9am EDT Friday, April 19 will be processed prior to the holiday closing. Orders placed after this time may be processed when we reopen on Wednesday May 1st.

How to return or exchange an item:

STEP 1
Get authorization to Return
In order to return an item you need to first obtain authorization to return, please contact us at 1-800-645-1899 , or email to [email protected] .

STEP 2
PACK YOUR ITEM

Once you receive the return authorization simply return the unopened items.

* Place the original package into a shipping carton.

* Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.

STEP 3
SHIP YOUR ITEM

*If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton.

* we suggest you pack your items carefully and send your returned items via insured service with a tracking number.

* Include a copy of your invoice with the item you are returning, to receive a proper refund.
