Uncle Sam Kosher Toasted Whole Wheat Berry Flakes & Flaxseed Original Cereal Description:

Toasted whole wheat flakes combined with whole flaxseeds for a low glycemic, heart healthy cereal high in fiber. A flaxseed cereal made from a simple, tried-and-true recipe.

We steam hard red winter wheat berries from the American heartland with a touch of barley malt and salt to enhance the natural flavor of the whole grain. Then we roll them flat and toast them into flakes. Lastly, we add heart-healthy flaxseeds for a hearty cereal. And that’s it.

Our traditional method preserves the nutritional value, shape and flavor of the whole grains, and naturally keeps the cereals high in fiber. Each serving has 10 grams of fiber and 7 grams of protein to help promote all-day energy. With less than 1 gram of sugar, you get to decide how sweet you want it.
