Return / Exchange Policy
At KosherVitamins.com our commitment to quality and service is 100% absolute. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount (less shipping and handling) of the item purchased . Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of purchase.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, KosherVitamins.com reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%.
How to return or exchange an item:
Only unopened items in the original factory-sealed container are eligible for a refund.
In order to return an item you need to first obtain authorization to return, please contact us at 1-800-645-1899 between 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST Mon-Fri, or email to customerservice@koshervitamins.com .Once you receive the return authorization simply return the unopened items in the original factory-sealed container. The refund will be for the item only less the shipping charge. Place the original package into a shipping carton.Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package. If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton.Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we suggest you pack your items carefully and send your returned items insured, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Include a copy of your invoice with the item you are returning, to receive a proper refund:
