E3 Live AFA (Aphanizomenon Flos-Aquae)- rich in minerals and high on vegetable protein, blue-green algae is a great source of calcium, iron, vitamin B12, and has more beta-carotene than a serving of broccoli.

Spirulina- a type of blue-green algae, Spirulina is a highly digestible form of vegetable protein full of essential fatty acids and vitamins B, C and E.
