    Great for triglyceride reduction

    This product is excellent as 2 capsules per day provide the right amount of EPA and DHA to reduce triglyceride levels. The product also provides a nice amount of daily vitamin D. The product should not be recmended if your triglyceride level is above 500. For triglyceride levels above 500, a prescription medication should be used. The product is also not recommended for those with high LDL cholesterol. For high LDL Cholesterol, a prescription medication would probably be necessary.
