Premier Pink Salt brings together two exceptional, solar-dried sea salts: clean Australian sea salt and traditional pink Alaea Hawaiian sea salt mixed with naturally occurring red clay, which lends its rosy hue and contributes trace elements. The result is a pure, unrefined salt with a round, mineral-forward flavor that elevates everyday cooking and finishing.

Unlike common table salt, this blend contains no anti-caking or “flow” agents—no aluminum compounds, ferrocyanides, or other additives—so you get straightforward seasoning without unnecessary fillers. It’s also vegan and kosher.

How to use: Sprinkle as a finishing salt on meats, eggs, vegetables, salads, or use in marinades, broths, and baking where clean salinity and subtle mineral complexity matter. Note: this salt does not supply iodide. Ingredients: Australian Sea Salt; Red Alaea Hawaiian Sea Salt with Alaea red clay.
