Nutri-Supreme Research Kosher Ultimate Prenatal Once Daily with 5 MTHF and P-5-P Description:

Ultimate Prenatal with 5 MTH and P-5-P is a unique once daily multivitamin specially designed for pregnant and nursing women. It contains all of the essential vitamins and minerals which are necessary for both the expectant mother and her unborn child including 27 mg of iron in a highly absorbable form .

Ultimate Prenatal  contains 1000 mcg of methyl folate, the biologically active form of folic acid.  Unlike regular folic acid, it is metabolized even in the presence of MTHFR mutation, a genetic variant that affects up to 50% of women and is known to interfere with the body’s ability to process folic acid.  It also contains Vitamin B6 in its optimal form, pyridoxal-5-phosphate

It also supplies crucial nutrients for a nursing mother and her baby.
