    Eye sight saver-Kosher near equivalent to perservision

    It's almost impossible to find a kosher equivalent to the Areds2 perservision. This comes closest. It's a bit lower on zinc but the company assured me that was intentional given typical zinc in take. It's a great relief not having to choose between faith and my vision though many rabbis in the past made allowances for it because there was no alternative, now there is.

    Kosher vitamin recommended for macular degeneration

    I am using these vitamins for about 8 years and since I started using them my macular degeneration has not gotten worse. B"H
