Step 1: Peel back foil to reveal upper and lower trays.
Step 2:Position upper tray firmly on teeth, then suck tray to teeth for 2 seconds.
Step 3: Repeat process for the lower tray. wipe excess gel. wear for 30 minutes.
Step 4: Afterward, remove trays, rinse, and brush gel from teeth. do not swallow rinsed gel. repeat once a day for 7 days.
