    Works Very Well

    Great experience. I've used these a few times before, and while (for better or worse) they don't give you the buzz that a good cup of coffee or an energy drink will, they have gotten rid of the worst of the afternoon crash, the whole-day sluggishness, and the headache that were normal for me on fast days. Highly recommended.

    Very good. It compensated for not having any coffee but I did not have any other effects.
