How to return or exchange an item:
Only unopened items in the original factory-sealed container are eligible for a refund.
In order to return an item you need to first obtain authorization to return, please contact us at 1-800-645-1899 between 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST Mon-Fri, or email to [email protected] .Once you receive the return authorization simply return the unopened items in the original factory-sealed container. The refund will be for the item only less the shipping charge. Place the original package into a shipping carton.Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package. If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton. Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we suggest you pack your items carefully and send your returned items insured, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Include a copy of your invoice with the item you are returning, to receive a proper refund:

Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from refund or credit. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.

Please allow up to 8 business days after we receive the package for your return/exchange/refund to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.

Damaged & Incorrect Items: At KosherVitamins.com we do our best to package your products so they will arrive to you in excellent condition.  Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers.

Claims for missing, Incorrect or damaged items must be received within five business days of receipt of merchandise.

Important Note for international customers: Please mark the item as "VENDOR RETURN" to avoid duties and customs.
