Creamy White Bean Dip

Flavorful dip; serve with crackers, vegetables or pita chips. Similar to hummus spread but lighter.


  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbs parsley sprigs
  • 1 2/3 cups cannelini beans, cooked, rinsed and drained (one can)
  • 1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs light sour cream
  • 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  • In food processor, add garlic and parsley; process until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
  • Chill before serving.

Serving size is 2 Tbsp (30g).
