  • 2 Tbs margarine
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 Tbs lime juice
  • 1 lb flounder fillets


  • Melt margarine in a medium fry pan. Stir in basil and lime juice. Coat flounder with mixture. Cook in pan on medium heat for 3-5 minutes per side until fish is opaque throughout.
