Description:
This variation contains the same ingredients as the other Fem Cal formulas, but the source of the Calcium is Calcium Citrate, which is more easily absorbed, especially in those deficient in stomach acid. Calcium Citrate is the preferred form of Calcium. Five tablets contain the full daily value of Calcium, Magnesium and Vitamin D, plus other factors. Note: Due to the fact that Calcium Citrate contains a lower percentage of Elemental Calcium than Calcium Carbonate, it was necessary to make this a 5-a-day formula to reach the daily value.

Recommend Use:
Adults, take five tablets daily preferably with food and liquid.
