Our Organic Ultra Lignan Flax Oil now provides 1000 IU of vegan Vitamin D2, in addition to the benefits of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an Omega-3 essential fatty acid, and lignans, which are phytonutrients. We add in premium, freshly sliced flaxseed for secoisolariciresinol diglucoside (SDG) lignan benefit. The amount of SDG lignans can vary from 0.7%-1.9% of seed weight depending on growing conditions.
