Use:
Take (1) capsule of APD I (5 Billion CFU’s Blue Bottle) for first 10 days
Next 20 Days take (2) capsules daily of APD I ( remainder of capsules can be taken after 60 Days for maintenance)
After initial 30 Day period Take (2) capsules daily of APD II (10 billion CFU’s Red Bottle
Take with full glass of cold water, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. (Also effective if consumed with food.)
