Motherlove Sitz Bath Description:
An essential item to have on hand after labor and child birth. Sitz bath soothes sore perineal muscles, reduces swelling, slows bleeding, and helps ease the discomfort of hemorrhoids.

Motherlove Sitz Bath Suggested
Use:
Shake before using.
Put a handful of Sitz Bath into 1/2 gallon of hot water. Steep 20 minutes. Strain into a sitz bath pan or shallow tub.
Makes 5-6 baths.
