Use:
As a fiber supplement, take 1-2 tablets during a full meal with 8 oz water per tablet. Begin with 1 tablet at each meal for the first week of use.
Alpha-Fibe FBCx works with food intake containing a normal amount of fat and a standard diet of 3 daily meals. For higher fat containing foods, more tablets should be taken.
